Jade Dimaguiba (Kim Chiu) is comforting her boy friend - Andy Wu (Xian Lim) who was fired at the ChenJean restaurant. Jade told Andy not to worry about things specially his relationship with his father - Eddison Wu (Ricardo Cepeda). Andy told Jade that he is happy that he is no longer working at ChenJean restaurant because he can finally have a time to be with her everyday. Meanwhile, Eddison is very busy looking out through some files that Andy left at his office. While Eddison is very busy looking to some files, Jean Sy (Cherry Pie Picache) came to see him at his office. Jean noticed that Eddison is very stressed about what he is doing finding things that Andy did wrong. Both Jean and Eddiso knew that ChenJean restaurant is already striving hard to be on top again but the restaurant is nearly to be bankrupt. Jean then told Eddison that they can still ask Andy's help and just forget that Andy is helping out his mother - Menchu Wu (Marina Benipayo). Jean even told Eddison that maybe ChenJean restaurant can merger with ZhenChu tops owned by Eddison's ex-wife - Menchu. Jean then wondered who is Menchu's business partner since her restaurant boomed and is already very popular. Jean never thought that Andy is Menchu's business partner because Andy is always present at the ChenJean restaurant. Later on, Jean called the ZhenChu Tops restaurant and talked to Menchu wherein she asked Menchu who is her business partner. Menchu didn't know what to answer Jean's question and so she pretended to lose her signal.
